Food Network Favorites Cookbook

I just ran across the Food Network Favorites Cookbook today, although it was published last fall. Whatevs. It includes recipes from our dear Rachael Ray and also from the other Food Network stars (there are other Food Network stars?) such as Mario Batali, George Stella, Paula Deen, Bobby Flay, and Wolfgang Puck. It also includes recipes from Dave Lieberman. I can't decide if I like his recipes or not. His cookbook was a bit too complicated for my skill level (not that it would take much to be too complicated for me).

According to the description on Amazon, the cookbook includes:
More than 120 of the best restaurant-quality recipes that can easily be prepared in home kitchens.

All of the characteristics culinary fans have come to expect from Food Network—great recipes, reliable cooking tips, and easy-to-understand instructions.

Behind-the-scenes back-kitchen chit chat with some of the world’s hottest chefs.

Question-and-answer sessions with each chef about his or her passion for food, favorite ingredients, and secret vices.

Exclusive photos of the all-star chefs taping shows on-stage at the Food Network studios put readers in the kitchen with their favorite television personalities.

Numerous how-to photos and detailed text guarantee recipe success every time.

I think I will wait for a few more reviews before ordering this one. Or, I guess I could actually visit a bookstore and take a look at it instead of ordering online.
