Rachael Ray Roundup

This is the post formerly known as "Who is Blogging About Rachael Ray This Week?" Basically, that title was long and boring. Add my LOVE of alliteration to the boredom factor and you get the new title. If you have a better idea, let me know. You may not win a prize, but I could use your title!

  • Cate at Sweetnicks made a recipe I have been interested in trying (so many recipes, so little time): Strawberry Pancakes. Cate loved the results, but her son unfortunately wanted the frozen kind instead. She also made the Mega Meatball Pizza (how good does that sound?) and found that it is a good alternative to greasy take-out pizza. And her mom officially endorsed Rachael Ray!
  • Janelle at Fresh Sweet Corn offers a detailed review of Rachael's Creole Shrimp with Creamy Grits. Like me, she has gained confidence in the kitchen under Rachael's tutelage.
  • J.B. Rowell from Mom and Apple Pie is at it again. In addition to giving me some link-love, J.B gives his seal of approval to Rachael's stuffed pizza and the ever-popular Bacon Bit Burgers with Gouda.
  • Vince at Misadventures in D.C. thinks Rachael should change the name of her show to 90-minute meals after making Rachael's Pork Tenderloin with Spicy Strawberry Sauce from Every Day with Rachael Ray. But at least they turned out well.
  • Albany Eye is excited that Rachael Ray's new talk show will soon be on the air, but she is not very excited about Isaboo.
  • Wayfarer in the Kitchen tried one my all-time favorites: Romaine Hearts with Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette. She also tried the Asian Glazed Wings and was pleasantly surprised by the great results.
  • Ha! This is a good one to end on. Buffalo Pundit asks: "Screw all that political nonsense, Rachael Ray or Giada de Laurentiis? Discuss."
