Rachael Ray's Fourth of July Menus

It's almost fireworks time! What better way to celebrate our great country's Independence Day than a Rachael Ray Fourth of July picnic? Alright, fine, I'm sure you can think of something better (winning the lottery comes to mind), but with some friends and some adult beverages, a Rachael Ray picnic could be pretty darn outstanding.

Here are a few recipes to try out. I haven't tried all of them, but they are currently under consideration for my Fourth of July party. I compiled a variety of picnic/barbecue friendly items from Rachael's magazine, Food Network shows, and talk show:

My favorite barbecue menus are usually made up of a few dishes from me and many dishes from my friends, since potlucks are the way we roll. My favorite things to bring/prepare include the Korean Flank Steak with Grilled Vegetables and Honey Teriyaki Chicken.
