Rachael Ray's Fourth of July Menus

It's almost fireworks time! What better way to celebrate our great country's Independence Day than a Rachael Ray Fourth of July picnic? Alright, fine, I'm sure you can think of something better (winning the lottery comes to mind), but with some friends and some adult beverages, a Rachael Ray picnic could be pretty darn outstanding.

Here are a few recipes to try out. I haven't tried all of them, but they are currently under consideration for my Fourth of July party. (Come back tomorrow to check out my review of the Spicy Honey-Glazed Chicken Breasts.) I compiled a variety of picnic/barbecue friendly items from Rachael's magazine, Food Network shows, and talk show:

My favorite barbecue menus are usually made up of a few dishes from me and many dishes from my friends, since potlucks are the way we roll. My favorite things to bring/prepare include the Korean Flank Steak with Grilled Vegetables and Honey Teriyaki Chicken. If you still can't decide what to make, check out these Memorial Day menus that would work perfectly for the Fourth of July, too. Enjoy!
