This Week on Rachael Ray's Talk Show

Monday: Heroes' Adrian Pasdar (Repeat). Rachael's team gives an news anchor from Oregon a makeover and Adrian Pasdar from Heroes talks about his relationship with his wife, Dixie Chick Natalie Maines. Dr. Timothy Brantley busts "diet myths that could be harming your body." Sloppy Joaquins are what's for dinner. The snack of the day is Almond Roca Toffee from Two Friends of Mine.

Tuesday: Mother/Daughter Wars (Repeat). Rachael goes behind the scenes at the Oscar's and brings back a video diary. Also, tips on how to improve a mother/daughter relationship and new accessories trends. Lasagna Casserole and Bread Salad is what's for dinner. The snack of the day is Chocolate Espresso Cookies from Buttercake Bakery.

Wednesday: Where the Pros Shop (Repeat). Jarod "the animal guy" freaks Rachael out with some animals and Courtney Thorne Smith talks about her New Year's wedding. She also shares the one item she can't live without. Rachael also provides tips on how to redecorate on a budget and she prepares "Wild About Mushrooms" Sauce with Whole Wheat Pasta, Arugula & Hazelnuts. The snack of the day is Choco-Covered Peanuts from Feridies.

Thursday: Celebrity Fashion for Less (Repeat). The Insider's Lara Spencer reveals secrets for getting celebrity fashions on a budget. This episode also includes a touching mother/daughter moment and a visit from stars of Reno 911! in the kitchen. If you've never heard Rachael's husband John's band, The Cringe, now is your chance. The band will perform a song from their new album. Rachael shares recipes for Carbonara Pizza and Chili-Cheese Dogs in Beach Blankets. The snack of the day is Mike's Donuts.

Friday: Sex Myths & Truths (Repeat). Keep the kids away from this episode! Dr. Manny visits to answer sex questions that people have but are too embarrassed to ask. Also, how to get out of debt and Rachael takes us on a tour of her hometown in upstate New York. Roasted Chicken with Potatoes & Veggies with Dijon Asparagus is what's for dinner. Chocolate Chip Cookies from Midwest Airlines are the snack of the day.


  1. Any show on which guests don't snipe at their political opponents and have a decent conversation with the host is a good one. Note how First Lady Laura Bush appeared mostly to promote the American Heart Ass'n "Go Red for Women" campaign, and Adrian Pasdar, hubby of Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines, appeared on different episodes.

  2. That's true, Jeff. It's nice not to have an agenda shoved down our throats on a daytime TV show. She's done a good job of getting lots of different viewpionts.
