This Week on Rachael Ray's Talk Show

There are some new episodes this week! Here are the highlights from Rachael Ray's talk show this week. For the recipes from this week's shows, check out the shopping list and the recipe archive. The recipes are listed by category in the order they appear on the show.

Monday: Everybody Loves Patricia Heaton (Repeat). Patricia Heaton visits and chats with Rachael about Everybody Loves Raymond, Peter Boyle, and her new off-Broadway role. Rachael also gives guide to breakups. Messy Giuseppes, Bacon-Wrapped Taters, Bacon-Wrapped Dates, and Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple are what's for dinner. Kettle Bakes Fully Loaded Pretzel Chips are the snack of the day.

Tuesday: Antiques Throwdown (Repeat). Rachael helps a Girl Scout troop earn a cooking badge and particpates in an antique-hunting challenge with the twins from Antiques Roadshow and The Insider's Lara Spencer. Turkey Taco Salad Bowls and Healthy Tortilla Ice Cream Bowls are what's for dinner. Girl Scout Cookies are the snack of the day.

Wednesday: Fourth of July with Kyra Sedgwick. This episode is 4th of July themed, with The Closer's Kyra Sedgwick talking about her kids and her husband Kevin Bacon. Gretta gives tips about shorts and a mom of seven talks about kid-friendly tips for the summer.

Thursday: Space-Saving Ideas. Rach shows us how to increase counter space and which pots and pans are essential for every kitchen. A legendary hot dog cart vendor from New York City, Joey Hot Dog, brings his cart into Rachael's studio and makes two hot dog dinners.

Friday: Valerie Bertinelli (Repeat). Former sitcom star and current Jenny Craig spokewoman Valerie Bertinelli discusses her very public diet. Rachael also discusses how to control what your kids see on TV without banning them from watching shows they like. Gnocchi With Spinach & Gorgonzola and Tomato Cucumber Salad With Lemon Honey Poppy Dressing are what's for dinner. Rachael also shares two easy retro recipes: Goat Cheese Log and Mini Goat Cheese Balls. Cookies from Feed Your Soul are the snack of the day.
