This Week on Rachael Ray's Talk Show

Here are the highlights and recipes from Rachael Ray's talk show this week. For the recipes from this week's shows, check out the shopping list and the recipe archive. The recipes are listed by category in the order they appear on the show.

Monday: Paula Deen and Family (Repeat). One of Rachael's fellow Food Network stars, Paula Deen, gives Rachael a lesson in baking. We also get an inside look into the newest addition to Paula's family. Also, Colby Donaldson takes his mom on a hot air balloon ride for Mother's Day and shares his list of Mother's Day gifts. The snack of the day is Fretzels by Jill. Sweet 'N Spicy Grilled Chicken Breasts and Orange-Scented Cornbread are what's for dinner.

Tuesday: The Hill's Lauren Conrad (Repeat). The Hills' Lauren Conrad provides a makeover for a teenager and chats about being a reality TV star. Basketball star Stephon Marbury stops by to share how to find affordable sneakers for your kids. Actress Nia Long shares the 411 on her leading men and and learns a recipe for kids from Rachael Ray. Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes and Cannoli Fake-Out are what's for dinner.

Wednesday: "It's Not Your Fault You're Fat!" (Repeat). Rachael and Dr. Manny talk about what could be happening if you eat right and exercise, but are still overweight. This is also "Wild Wednesday," which means Rachael gets to meet some animals brought by Jarod Miller. They also play an animal version of "Who's Your Daddy?". Utz Potato Chips are the snack of the day. Shrimp With Baby Penne & Baby Arugula is what's for dinner.

Thursday: Gary Sinise (Repeat). Gary Sinise from CSI:NY (aka Lt. Dan from Forrest Gump) visits and swaps pasta recipes with Rachael. We can learn how to liven up a party, how to do a clothing swap with friends (a fashion potluck) and how to do place settings. Also, another round of Stump the Rach. Dark Chocolate Almond Toffee from Blue Ingot is the snack of the day. Gary Sinise's Kids Pasta and Rachael's Walnuts, Ham & Cheese Pasta are what's for dinner.

Friday: "Is Chivalry Dead?" (Repeat). Rachael is conducting a search for top model who's over 40 and she reveals the finalists. Then Colby Donaldson carries out some random acts of chivalry, which are recorded by secret cameras. Also, new beauty products, including talking eye shadow, are discussed. Rachael shows us how to make chicken with walnut and red pepper stir fry. Graham Crunch from Gotta Sweet Tooth is the snack of the day. Walnut & Rice Chicken Stir-Fry and Thai-Style Shrimp Wonton Cups are what's for dinner.
