This Week on Rachael Ray's Talk Show

Here are the highlights and recipes from Rachael Ray's talk show this week. For the recipes from this week's shows, check out the shopping list and the recipe archive. The recipes are listed by category in the order they appear on the show.

Monday: The Prom at Enterprise High (Repeat). It's not often we see Rachael so serious (like in the picture above), but it's certainly called for in Monday's episode. Rachael traveled to Enterprise, Alabama, to throw a prom for the students who lost eight classmates to a tornado. Mandy Moore performs and Good Charlotte sends a greeting to the students. For the prom, Rachael makes Mini Chicken Sausage Sammies, Mini Meatball Sammies, Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Cups, and Pigs In A Blanket.

Tuesday: Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Repeat). The star of The New Adventures of Old Christine, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, talks about her memories from Seinfeld, her tips for busy moms and the one thing she can't live without. She helps Rachael prepare a 15-minute meal. Kristan Cunningham gives tips for picking paint colors and how to paint your home. The snack of the day is Berry & Pistachio Mix from Chukar Cherries. 15-Minute Paella, Piquillo Strips on Toast, and Manchego-Stuffed Green Olives are what's for dinner.

Wednesday: ER’s Hot Doc John Stamos (Repeat). On Wednesday's show, Rachael welcomes ER's John Stamos. He talks about being a Hollywood bachelor. Also, learn how to blowdry your hair so that you look like you just left a salon. We also get to hear about Rachael being inducted into a wax museum. The snack of the day is Old School Thin & Crispy Potato Chips from Potato Finger Classics. The "Stamos" Gyro Burger, Greek Fire Cheese, Eggplant Caviar, and Cucumber-Yogurt Mixture are what's for dinner.

Thursday: Michael J. Fox (Repeat). Michael J. Fox joins Rachael to surprise a young woman raised over $60,000 for his foundation and she did it by making pancakes! He also talks about his life and his battle against Parkinson's. MultiGrain Cheese Puffs from Snyder's of Hanover is the snack of the day. Sea Bass with Creamed Leeks & Soy Jus is what's for dinner.

Friday: The Best of Season 1. Look's like the show is getting ready for the premiere of its second season by putting together a "greatest hits" episode. There will be clips from appearances by Bill Clinton, Laura Bush, and some big Hollywood starts. Rachael also reveals the most downloaded recipe of the year. I'm looking forward to that! I'm guessing either the won ton cups or the pretzel crusted chicken.
