Rachael Ray Thanksgiving Recipes

Can you believe Thanksgiving is next week!? What the heck? Macy's even has Christmas decorations up already. Sigh. So, to help us get ready, here's a list of Rachael Ray's Thanksgiving recipes. I included both full menus and individual recipes. The ones I make every year are the Southern Green Beans and the Apple and Onion Stuffin' Muffins.

Rachael Ray's 60-minute Thanksgiving menus rely on roasting a turkey breast or turkey cutlets instead of a whole turkey. It can be the perfect way to deal with the meal when you have a smaller crowd. Isn't Thanksgiving really about the sides anyways? If you have more time, the recipes from her magazine look amazing, but have longer preparation and cooking times. If you try out any of these recipes, make sure to let us know what you think about them.

  1. Are the stuffin' muffins moist enough? Thanks.

  2. They are definitely moist enough, but you should be careful that you don't overbake them - that would dry them out.

  3. I wish that there was a rundown of what order she does things. I caught the Thanksgiving in 60 (one) the other day but I didn't write anything down!
