The first stop on Rachael Ray's book tour for Just in Time appears to be a success. Rachael appeared at the Moorestown Mall to sign copies of her book and help kickoff the annual 6abc Holiday Food Drive.
According to 6abc, the line to see Rachael was so long that it went out the door and around the building. You can see video of the line (and Rachael) here. Rachael "signed hundreds of books and autographs, posed for pictures, and urged fans to donate to the food drive."
Since the event was a Holiday food drive, Rachael had this to say: "We're all so well-fed and we have so many blessings, especially around this time of year. It's the simplest thing in the world to give somebody and share with someone food."
Fans were in abundance, of course: "She taught me how to cook," said Boo Clothier. After waiting three hours to see Rachael, one fan said: "It was absolutely worth it. This is the third time we've seen her and she's pleasant and polite and so worth it," said Nicole Lyons. "I'm just a big fan of hers. I watch her everyday. I really enjoy her show," said Kristin Zaccagni.
Go check out the video, it was quite a spectacle to behold.
