This Week on Rachael Ray's Talk Show

Hey look! It's McSteamy! Another week with five all new episodes this week. Here are the highlights and recipes from Rachael Ray's talk show this week. For the recipes from this week's shows, check out the shopping list and the recipe archive.

Monday: So You Think You Can Cook?! Round 3. Only three contestants are left in the "So You Think You Can Cook?!" competition. This week they make lunch for 3rd graders and get narrowed down to just two. Rachael still has a few Thanksgiving recipes to share and this time it's Wild Mushroom Turkey Cutlets With Wilted Spinach. This time Bob Greene's shares his recipes for Bob Greene's Pumpkin Pie and Bob Greene's Vanilla Caramel Truffle Latte.

Tuesday: Eric Dane. Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane participates in the "Friends of Rach Thanksgiving Countdown." Dane talks about his wife and Rachael has a surprise for him. Then, Kristan Cunningham makes over Rachael's dressing room and shares tips for transforming any room in your house. Today's recipes are Pumpkin Sausage Lasagna, Orange-Cranberry Sauce, Cranberry Sauce With Chipotle & Cilantro, Cranberry Sauce With Shallots & Chives, and Apple-Walnut Cranberry Sauce.

Wednesday: Behind the Scenes of Us Weekly. Rachael shares turkey tips from some pros and Enchanted's Amy Adams talks about kissing her co-star Patrick Dempsey. Colby goes behind the closed doors of celebrity magazine Us Weekly. Not sure how I feel about that, in light of Rachael's recent criticism of tabloids, but I have to admit that I have a subscription to Us Weekly, so I'm excited! Thanksgiving Stromboli, Crudités Salad With Ranch Dressing, and Quick Stovetop Gravy are today's recipes.

Thursday: Thanksgiving Day Special. Rachael comes to the rescue for those of those that have issues carving the turkey on Thanksgiving day. She has step-by-step tips for carving your bird, recipes for leftovers, and charitable ideas as the holiday season begins. Rachael also goes back to her high school, where the staff shares their favorite gift ideas. Quick Turkey Croquettes, Mashed Potato Soup, Spanish-Style Turkey Quesadillas, Peanut Butter, Apple and Honey Wafflewich, and an Italian Sandwich are today's recipes

Friday: Dustin Hoffman. Well look who's back? Dustin Hoffman challenges Rachael to a game of "Stump the Rach." Justin Willman investigates and demonstrates how those UPS drivers get ready for the Christmas rush. For dinner, Rachael creates a beet pasta called "Un-Beet-Lievable" Pasta With Tomato & Arugula Salad.

  1. Is the thanksgiving day episode the one from last year? Thank You :)

  2. Anony - you know what? I have no idea. I didn't do a post about her talk show last year so I'm not sure what the episode was! I was on a beach in Mexico this time last year....
