My family has a Christmas morning tradition of having mimosas with breakfast. No recipe needed for those - just mix orange juice and champagne. It's very luxurious to sit around opening presents with a champagne flute. When I was a kid, my parents even let me drink OJ out of a flute so I didn't feel left out. I also included some non-alcoholic cocktails so you can include the kids, too.
Here are a few of Rachael Ray's cocktail recipes so your family can start your own tradition. As with my other Christmas posts, this will serve as an update to last year's list. Enjoy!
- Rosemary Ruby Cocktails
- Champagne, Darling? Freezes
- Proseco Royale
- Blazing Bloody Marys (also good for Christmas morning)
- Spiked Hot Mocha
- Cran-Apple Fruit Cups
- Ginger Punch (although, I've never heard of Orange Ginger Vodka before)
- Cinnamon Snaps
- White Hot Chocolate
- Big Bite: Hot Chocolate (a list of all the best premade hot chocolate mixes)
