Rachael Ray Roundup

Holy cow, it's almost Christmas. How did this happen? I've got almost all my Christmas shopping done. Just one more gift to buy and I'm golden. Shockingly, I didn't give out even one Rachael Ray-themed present this year. I think I've pretty much given everyone I know at least one of her cookbooks, so that well may have run dry.

Here are some Rachael Ray posts from around the blogosphere this week. If you see a post that you think would be good for the Roundup, or you write one yourself, e-mail me so I can be sure to include it.

  • Okay, get out the tissue. Tom Richmond wrote a very touching post about how meeting Rachael Ray had an amazing effect on his autistic daughter. Just in time for Christmas....
  • These Boots Are Made for Walking posted a quick summary of a Rachael Ray booksigning, along with video of Rachael signing the books and leaving the store. Now, I don't want to hear any more crap about Rachael being rude!
  • Girlbike shares the news that Rachael Ray is auctioning off a custom Vespa to benefit Yum-o! Organization.
  • Blogging Stocks considers Rachael Ray one of its winners for 2007.
  • Slant Six Creative considers why Rachael Ray is so popular.
  • NBA player Baron Davis is such a Rachael Ray fan that he used his day off to attend a booksigning of Just in Time and get his picture taken with Rach.
  • Mitch Mariani of the Gilroy Dispatch featured a Rachael Ray recipe as a good option for busy holiday days.
