This Week on Rachael Ray's Talk Show

One recap show on Monday and then the rest of the week is all reruns. Now's your chance to catch up! Only one new episode this week, on Monday, but it looks like a good one. Monday: Favorite Celebrity Moments. The show does a recap of favorite celebrity guests, including Jeff Foxworthy, Susan Lucci, and Raquel Welch. There are also never before seen moments from these episodes. Laura Bush offers a peek into at life in the White House, and Rachael shares three recipes for leftovers: Panzanella Stoup, Bean & Rice Cakes With Remoulade Sauce and Egg Calzone.

Tuesday: CSI: Miami's Emily Procter. Emily Procter talks about what goes on behind-the-scenes at CSI: Miami. Dr. Brantley is back to talk about the five wonder foods that can counteract your guilty pleasures. Viewers get to share double duty secrets and Rachael makes a meal that's two meals in one. Turkey-Stuffin’ Meatloaf With Scallion Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Enchil-Lasagna are what's for dinner.

Wednesday: The Surprise Show. Special guest Danny DeVito stops by and Colby Donaldson go to Hawaii to help create a surprise wedding! "Animal guy" Jarod Miller brings some critters by for a game of "What Am I Touching?" Sicilian Meatballs are what's for dinner.

Thursday: Dr. Phil. Dr. Phil is back to answer questions from the audience and talks about his latest dispute with his wife Robin. The show also set up a kid swap for two families and shares recipes for Grilled Chicken, Potatoes & Broccoli With Cheese & Gravy Sauces, Barbeque Gravy, Apple Cider Gravy, and Orange-Maple Reduction.

Friday: Ty Pennington is back this week, too. He brings some home improvement tips and stories from the new season of Extreme Makeover. Tim Gunn returns to give a teacher a makeover with her own clothes and Sean "Diddy" Combs stops by to talk about his new fragrance for women. Creamy Tarragon Tuna Over Egg Noodles and Spicy Tomato & Tuna Pasta are what's for dinner.
