I doubt any of us would get past the velvet rope, but it might be fun to do some celebrity sighting if you are in the neighborhood!
Rachael will start her festival fun by hosting the Amstel Light Burger Bash on February 21, 2008. However, if you don't already have tickets to the event, you are out of luck, since they are all sold out. The event is a burger making competition that includes "chefs from well-known establishments as well as Oprah’s personal chef and the winner of last year’s “Burger Bash People’s Choice Award," SHAKE SHACK, among others. " Here are the participants, in case you want to root for any of them:
Bistro One LR at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach (Miami Beach, FL)
BLT Steak (Miami, FL)
Daisy May's BBQ (New York, NY)
Dune Oceanfront Burger Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne (Key Biscayne, FL)

Rachael will also be involved in a panel called: Culinary Stars Rachael Ray, Jamie Oliver and Alice Waters Join Forces with Scientists for Change: A Fresh Start for Our Children, sponsored by the Agatston Research Foundation on Saturday, February 23. I look forward to hearing about a panel with those three on it!
As if that weren't enough, Rachael will appear at Fun and Fit as a Family presented by South Beach Diet and Travel + Leisure Family on February 23 and the Publix Grand Tasting Village (Culinary and Lifestyle Seminars and American Express Grand Tasting) on February 24.
Finally, Rachael and Jamie Oliver will host the Kellogg's Kidz Kitchen.
Got all that?
