This Week on Rachael Ray's Talk Show

Monday: Mariska Hargitay. Emmy Winner Mariska Hargitay stops by and Anima Guy Jarod is back with five wild animals. Rachael shares a recipe that every girl should know. Weeknight Pot Roast is what's for dinner.

Tuesday: Liquid Facelift. Rachael shares another idea for a no surgery face lift and a viewer tests it out. Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker talks balancing being a mom and an actress. Rachael shares more kitchens in her search for the "Coolest Kitchens in America." Sausage, Pepper & Onion Sloppy Joes is what's for dinner.

Wednesday: Brooke Shields. Brooke Shields talks about her new show, Lipstick Jungle, and talks about motherhood. Project Runway's Kevin Christiana (who worked on Rachael's show before doing Project Runway) gets Rachael all ready for Valentine's Day. Then Rachael shares recipes for a "Fast, Faster and Fastest" romantic favorite. Italian Surf & Turf, Mini Meatloaves With Tomato-Balsamic Gravy, Mac & Seafood Au Gratin, and Tex-Mex Surf & Turf are what's for dinner.

Thursday: Wedding Dance Dance-Off. The show hosts its first-ever wedding dance dance-off, with So You Think You Can Dance's Mary Murphy as the judge. The world's youngest dating expert helps a viewer and Rachael shares the perfect Valentine's Day dinner. Chicken In A Love Nest With Asparagus Almondine is what's for dinner.

Friday: Kate Hudson. Kate Hudson, who is promoting her new movie, Fool's Gold, helps Rachael out in the kitchen and talks about her co-star Matthew McConaughey. Rachael also shares a hidden-camera investigation of mani-pedi shops. Chocolate Cups With Whipped Cream (Pots de Crème) and Grilled Fish Kebabs & Couscous With Mint Pesto are what's for dinner.
