Cover Art for Rachael Ray's New Cookbook

So how do we feel about the cover art for Rachael's next cookbook? The title, Rachael Ray's Big Orange Book: Her Favorite All-New 30-Minute Meals, Veggie Meals, Holiday Menus, Dinners-for-One, Kosher Meals, Rollover Menus, and Much, Much More!, is a doozy, so a simple cover was probably the right idea. You can pre-order this one now and it releases on November 5.

On a personal note, the orange and blue motif reminds me of when I had braces on my teeth - I used to get orange and blue rubber bands on them. Man, I was (and still am) a dork.

  1. So is this one supposed to be Rachael Ray's version of "How to Cook Everything"? Admittedly, it's about 600 pages short of that other book, but Amazon doesn't have much info on it beyond those basic stats. Most of her other books have some sort of theme . . . maybe this one is orange food?? ;-)

  2. Are my eyes deceiving me? Kosher meals?!? Have you seen the Club RR message boards over the past few months? People have been asking and asking. It's about time. (Now, I'm a goy--not Jewish, but I love the food...matzo brie, charoset, kugel...matzo ball soup...mmmmMMMmmm!)
