Rachael Ray Roundup

So how are things? I don't have much to share this Friday, which is a good thing. We finally stayed home last weekend, so we're off to Reno to visit some friends this weekend. A rolling stone gathers no moss, right?

Here are some Rachael Ray posts from around the blogosphere this week. If you see a post that you think would be good for the Roundup, or you write one yourself, e-mail me so I can be sure to include it.

  • An ERR reader's husband is one of the final seven finalists for Mario Batali and Rachael Ray's grilling contest. Check out his video (and give it five stars, if you want!) right here.
  • The Cooperstown Cookie Company is excited to be included in Rachael Ray's magazine as one of the Everyday Faves.
  • Vera at I'm Not Obsessed has some pictures of the Ugly Betty cast's visit to Rachael Ray's talk show.
  • Kellie at Busy Mamas made Chili-Cheese Dogs in Beach Blankets.
  • No Slivers Here features a less than glowing review of Rachael's recipe for Mac and Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli. I'm surprised because that is one of my favorites!

  1. I actually was not that impressed with that macaroni and cheese recipe, either. :( I made it a couple of weeks ago for my nieces and while they usually grub on mac and cheese, they weren't fans. Weird since usually RR recipes turn out great!

  2. Thanks for the link! And I made that mac and cheese recipe as well. I don't eat much mac and cheese to begin with so I thought the recipe was good. But then I have nothing really to compare it to!

  3. Try adding Rotel (tomatoes, peppers and onions), a little grated onion and some dry mustard. This how I make my homemade mac and cheese

Thanks for leaving a comment! Reading comments and responding to them is one of my favorite parts of having a blog, so thanks for contributing.
