Maybe this will be part of a series of collections of recipe cards? Pretty good idea, but what do I do with the cards? Maybe you store them in the box they arrived in? I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
Next up is Rachael Ray's Book of Ten. The only information on this book is that it is due to release in November, is 400 pages long, and has a foreward written by Rachael's husband. Could this be the mystery memoir that we heard about almost a year ago? Four hundred pages seem awfully long for a cookbook.... Even BOB is only 360 pages long and he's Rachael's largest cookbook to date. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog! I look forward to looking around yours and trying out some of your recipes!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am always so excited about a New Rachael Ray publication... I am wondering if Rachael's Book of Ten is a memior/compilation of the last 10 years of her success and life...?? Maybe a combo of her life and best recipes? Now that would be a cool read... don't you think?
ReplyDeleteIt certainly would, Anony. My only other guess is a cookbook of recipes with 10 ingredients or less, but she pretty much did that with Express Lane Meals (although it was 10 or less with the exception of certain pantry items).
ReplyDeleteThat could be Madeline - but 10 ingred recipes is kind of a heavy list and I don't see the point in doing a 400 page 10 ingred book... now if it was 5 or less... maybe. I am hoping for the memior/best of book -- myself. Rachael has had an amazing life story of success and I would love to learn more. And with John writing the forward... I say we may be surprised!! This time I hope she tours the book on the west coast... we got left out with the BOB tour.
ReplyDeleteI saw her say on television this years cookbook is a 'best of', so it is not a memoir.
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting us know, Anony!
