My Rachael Ray Christmas Menu

Another year, another Rachael Ray Christmas in our house.   I know people don't believe me when I say I only make Rachael's recipes, but it's true - with one exception.  For Christmas, I always make a great ham recipe from The Food Network Kitchens. It's Roasted Fresh Ham with Cider Glaze and involves brining, which I think is essential. This year, it's going to be a Smalliday (I didn't come up with that phrase, I stole it from Get Togethers). We're only going to have 4 of us eating dinner, so my menu is a little more mellow than usual:

Buffalo Chicken Dip (odd, but my brother in law loves hot wings, so I think he'll love this, too)
Roasted Fresh Ham with Cider Glaze
Bacon Fried Green Beans
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Sourdough Rolls

Sticky Toffee Pudding
