Months with five weeks wreak havoc on my grocery budget. I try to make it at $100 a week (that includes food, health items, and household stuff), so my budget accounts for the fact that some months have more weeks, but it is psychologically hard on me. I know, I'm crazy. So this week I really focused on trying to clean out my fridge and freezer and eat on a shoestring. I looked in the Meals for a Steal section of Rachael's talk show and the $10 Spot section of her magazine.
