Sunday: Chunky Chicken and Chorizo Chili

Monday:  Leftovers

Tuesday: Asian Barbecued Chicken Stir Fry with Peanuts and Rice

Wednesday: Broccoli Soup with Ham-and-Swiss Toasts (although I'm going to follow the suggestions offered in the reviews of using chicken stock and salting and peppering each layer)

Thursday:  Easy Street Menu (Spring Chicken Rollups and Spinach Artichoke Whole Wheat Penne)

Friday: Lemongrass and Ginger Egg Drop Soup with Rainbow Chard

Saturday: Takeout
