Someone who shall remain nameless, but who does the dishes in our house, has requested that I make more meals that use less pots and pans. Never one to walk away from a challenge, I added that factor in to my weekly meal plan this week, with some success (and some failures, too). I'll give you a hint. This person is not me or the kids. Hee hee.

Top 10 Recipes of 2010
Tuesday, February 01, 2011
Rachael Ray's talk show shared the Top 10 recipes that were downloaded from their website this year. There are several on this list I'm going to need to try out - the Baked Shells Casserole, the Honey Lemon Chicken with Potatoes, and the Honey Rosemary Chicken are my top three to try. I made the Asian Pepper Steak and liked, but didn't love it. Did you make any of these last year?
