Rachael Ray Should Start a Book Club

EarlyWord informs us that an appearance on Rachael Ray's talk show sent Syndrome W: A Woman’s Guide to Reversing Weight Gain, by Harriette R. Mogulto, to #18 on Amazon’s sales rankings. Wouldn't it be fun if Rach started a book club? If this random book was catapaulted up, imagine what could happen!

Rachael Ray, Guy Fieri Team Up for New Show

According to Zap2it, Rachael Ray is teaming up with Guy Fieri for a new Food Network this summer.  It's almost August and I haven't seen the show materialize, but I am keeping an eye out for it!  We don't have many details about the show, but apparently Rachael and Guy will pit celebrities with varying degrees of cooking ability against each other, with Guy and Rachael acting as team captains. Here's what Guy said a few months ago: "Rachael's going to get five, I'm going to get five and it's going to be battle royale!"

On a mostly unrelated note, on of my favorite bloggers, Pioneer Woman Ree Drumand, is going to have a new show starting in August.  I have branched out from Rachael Ray's recipes to make a few of her breakfast dishes (branching out is a big deal for me people - it hardly ever happens!).
